I was really delighted with the service I received during this years winter storm. I had my car stall got it started only to get it parked out of the middle of the road. I got it towed to them where they diagnosed beyond my amateur abilities. They made a customer for life because of their quality of work and the bill was a lot easier on my wallet than I could imagine. Thank you Advanced Auto Care team!

I've taken cars to AAC over the years, and for good reason. The last time, I took my '02 Ford Explorer there when I couldn't shift it into gear. Long story short, I got it there and was pretty much in panic mode. Freezing temps, single mom w 3 kids to transport, financial issues, needed my car back ASAP. These gentlemen could not have been more kind and helpful!! Really, my car was fixed quickly and at a VERY reasonable cost. I Was So Impressed. This is the first time I've gone to Advanced Auto Care. I was so impressed. I took my car there because the transmission place I go to said I had some oil leaks and they refered me to Advanced Auto Care which is just next door. The guy I talked to at AAC, Dave, was so helpful explaining everything. They hooked my car up to the computer to diagnose the "check engine" light and looked it over thoroughly. Dave called me every step of the way and in the end advised me that the oil leak was manageable so that no work was needed at this time. I figured they would charge me for all the diagostics they did, but when I picked my car up he only charged me $35 for the oil change! I'm impressed and will definitely be taking my car there in the future. The Subaru dealer in town charged my around $70 just to hook my car up to their computer!
